Here at Elizabeth Way & Company Funeral Directors we also offer an affordable prepaid funeral plan, Choice, so that you can arrange and pay for a funeral in advance. This will protect your family from rising costs and remove uncertainty about your wishes.

Funeral Arranger
Karen has worked for Elizabeth Way & Company since 2023. She previously worked for Blockbuster as a Video Manager.
Karen said she enjoys most about her role “helping people during their worse time ever. Making every step as simple as possible, and giving people the funeral they would have wanted.”
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, watching box sets and walking.
Funeral Director
I was born in Langley and raised in Heywood before settling in Blackley Manchester to raise a family. I have three children and 10 Grandchildren.
I started in the funeral profession in 2000/1, initially as an Admin/Arranger, then a Funeral Service Operative before becoming a Funeral Director with Funeral Partners based at Michael Kennedy Funeral Services in Blackley. In the summer of 2023, an opportunity arose at Funeral Partner’s Elizabeth Way Funeral Home in Mossley, as I now live in the Ashton area it was the perfect opportunity to move closer to home and more importantly, to serve in the community I feel part of.
I have a bucket list of countries I would like to visit with my husband and so far, we have visited many beautiful places across the globe.
I also have many interests and in my spare time I enjoy knitting, furniture restoration, cookery and more recently, photography. Look out for some of the ideas I share on our Facebook page: Elizabeth Way & Company Funeral Directors.
