I cannot thank Ben enough for going above and beyond for our family. He handled all the complex arrangements to prepare the ashes for air transport to Spain flawlessly, ensuring every piece of paperwork met strict security criteria. Ben even went out of his way to meet my daughter at the train station to safely hand over the ashes. His communication throughout the entire process was excellent, keeping us informed and reassured. He turned a stressful logistical process into a smooth, comforted experience. We are incredibly grateful to Ben for his outstanding support.

We recently used Elizabeth Way Funeral Home to arrange my Nana’s funeral, and I honestly can’t thank them enough — especially Pauline, who guided us through the whole process with such care and compassion.

From the very beginning, Pauline was incredibly kind, supportive, and attentive to every detail. She made a very difficult and emotional time so much easier for our family. Nothing was too much trouble for her; she went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it.

My mum’s funeral was so dignified and beautiful, Pauline who we felt went above and beyond for us she was kind and caring towards our mum, nothing was too much trouble and she even crocheted a Forget me not flower which she put in Mum’s beautiful wicker casket with her. From start to finish she took care and guided us through the whole journey including taking care of us at the crematorium. I would wholeheartedly recommend that you let Elizabeth Way take care of your loved ones. They are professional and kind.
