Well where do I start they are superstars and Ben, well he was one of a kind, me and my family loved him to bits, our experience there was obviously very sad and devastating, but he went above and beyond for us, to give us as much time with our Paul as we needed,
We can’t thank you enough Ben, in the lowest of moods, you made us smile and laugh, which can be so hard, big shout out if you get this wonderful guy helping you, he’s a superstar!!!

We recently used Elizabeth Way Funeral Home to arrange my Nana’s funeral, and I honestly can’t thank them enough — especially Pauline, who guided us through the whole process with such care and compassion.

From the very beginning, Pauline was incredibly kind, supportive, and attentive to every detail. She made a very difficult and emotional time so much easier for our family. Nothing was too much trouble for her; she went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it.

Pauline truly is exceptional at what she does — her warmth, professionalism, and genuine empathy meant the world to us. We’ll always be grateful for the comfort and guidance she gave us during such a sad time.

My mum’s funeral was so dignified and beautiful, Pauline who we felt went above and beyond for us she was kind and caring towards our mum, nothing was too much trouble and she even crocheted a Forget me not flower which she put in Mum’s beautiful wicker casket with her. From start to finish she took care and guided us through the whole journey including taking care of us at the crematorium. I would wholeheartedly recommend that you let Elizabeth Way take care of your loved ones. They are professional and kind.
