When your loved one is in our care we will involve you as much or as little, as you decide, in caring for them.

We have a beautiful, warm resting place until the day of the funeral and you are welcome to visit as often as you wish. You will experience a calm and peaceful setting with everything that you need to hand. We will be there for you as you need us.

Our care pathway involves personal and individualised care for your loved one and you will be asked if you would like to bring your choice of his or her own clothes, make-up, perfume and any other personal effects.

Fragrant oils are used for bathing and massaging the skin and you will be invited to care for your loved one if you wish to do so, although we understand that this can be a very daunting and upsetting task for some people.
